Landlord sees ‘horror house’ closed down by the courts

A landlord from Bury has been ordered to pay £5,200 in court costs after his three-storey house was closed for being a blight on the neighbourhood. The property, owned Abdul Razar Saddiqui, has been associated with drug-dealing and possible exploitation offences. Saddiqui, 52, contested the closure order, brought by Manchester City Council.
