Criteria for ILR application

1. You have resided continuously in the UK for the necessary qualifying period.

3. You’ve successfully passed the Life in the UK test.
4. Show proficiency in English at one of these levels: A1, A2, B1, or B2.
5. Your absences from the UK during each year of the qualifying period do not exceed 180 days.
