Top property hotspots in North West region
Seven out of the top 10 property price hotspots are in the North West of England, according to a Rightmove study. Wallasey in Merseyside saw prices up by 15.6% annually on average and nearly £24,000 higher than a year ago. Nationally, asking prices are at a record high of £327,797, an annual rise of 5.1%
