Imran Mahmood – Partner and Head of Residential Conveyancing
Imran Mahmood is a Partner and founding member of the AMT Lawyers. He currently heads the Residential Conveyancing Team. After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008, he specialised in Civil Litigation. Imran has recovered millions of pounds for clients ranging from County Court and High Court claims. After practicing within this realm for 15 years, pre and post qualification, his knowledge and expertise were enhanced further by practicing Residential Conveyancing. Since 2018, Imran has Supervised the Conveyancing Team for all Residential Conveyancing matters. He also played a pivotal role in the practice successfully achieving the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation via the Law Society. In addition to the Conveyancing process, Imran is also a specialist in Anti Money Laundering Regulations which are a key component of this practice area.

Neelam Hussain – Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Neelam studied and graduated in 2011 from Nottingham Trent University with a LLB Honours. Shortly after, Neelam Hussain joined AMT Lawyers as a Paralegal. Through hard work, commitment and perseverance, Neelam qualified as a Solicitor in 2017. On qualification, Neelam focused her attention on Residential Conveyancing and has practiced this area since. With over 6 years of experience in
Conveyancing, she is able to deal with all matters within Residential Conveyancing, including complex leasehold matters.
She an extremely motivated individual who is able to work efficiently on all clients matters. Over the last decade at the firm, she has worked meticulously to achieve a senior role at the practice.

Khadija Riaz – Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Khadija studied and graduated in 2018 from Salford University with a LLB Honours. After practicing Civil Litigation for 5 years, Khadija qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. On qualification, Khadija joined AMT Lawyers as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. Since joining the firm, Khadija has progressed extremely well and now has a good understanding of Residential Conveyancing. She is able to deal with Sale, Purchase and Re-Mortgage matters efficiently and effectively. Khadija has a meticulous approach to all matters, a specialist skill she possesses from her time in practicing Civil Litigation. This skill is applied to all Residential Conveyancing matters, particularly on Purchase files, to ensure all issues are highlighted and presented to her clients.
